Self-motivation, at its simplest, is the force that drives you to do things. However, self-motivation is not, in any way, simple. At any given moment, there are likely to be different forces driving your behaviour, and they are likely to vary in strength depending on your mood, and what has happened that day.

Some people find it much easier to motivate themselves, whether to do unpleasant or pleasant tasks. Others need a lot more persuasion.

This quiz will help you to find out how self-motivated you are.
